This campground is very clean and quite. My wife and I stayed their yesterday. The campground staff which is run by the parks department is very professional and knowledgeable. We went to bed around 10am and everything was quite. It was nice to visit a a campsite where you didn't hear large parties up until midnight talking and laughing loud. We left a lot of our belongings in our tent while we went on a day hike up Mount Theilsen. It's feels very safe. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rangers told us that our there were only a few slots left. However, after walking thru we noticed that there was quite a few slots left. All in all..... good clean campground..... family friendly.
Very diverse camp sites, relatively secluded with trees and brush. It's also a large campground with many available campgrounds. Good for tent camping!

Awesome campground on the lake. Be careful full if you go in the summer, I highly suggest checking when the mosquitos are in season, I went in middle of July and I've never seen so many mosquitos in my life!
A great family camping destination. Don't forget the bikes, great path all the way around the lake. So much to do in the area!
